These puppies are hard to find! My truck, naturally, never had hazard flashers, but the EZ-Wire Kit I installed has the flasher, so I wanted to put a switch in. I tried Ebay, but all I found there were odd and often bizarre looking switches ... Ron Francis Wire Works had one, but they stopped carrying them! ... next, I called every local auto supply house I could think of and they all acted like I was talking in another language! Finally, I did a search on the web and after a couple of hours, I found a company not too far from me who sells a great switch for $18 :

Wiring is simple : The center post goes to the flasher and the four corner posts go to the four corners of the truck.
