"Picture You" was written February 21st, 1992
... at my house in Nashville
From the Piscataway Basement Tapes CD :
Recorded 1992 at Craig Kramp's house in Brentwood, Tennessee
Alan Horvath: Vocal | Gibson Hummingbird Guitar
Craig Krampf: Percussion | Producer
The music for this song was written in 1976 or 1977 ... I used to play the melody-line just as a fun excersize on the guitar. I always wanted to make a song out of it, but I could never put words to it ... not until some 15 years later, one evening in Nashville, when suddenly, these words appeared.
"Don't Bother asking who ... just picture you."
I guess this is just another way of saying to someone, "You're my everything."
